How We Work
Early Intervention and Workplace Conflict Resolution

The most effective way to manage workplace conflict is to catch it early.

We work alongside your organisation to spot the early warning signs, give managers the language and tools they need to step in with confidence, and support informal resolution wherever it's the right fit.

When formal processes are necessary, we help ensure they're used appropriately, not as a first resort.

Everything we do is grounded in real workplace scenarios, aligned with your existing HR policies, and focused on building lasting capability across your teams.

Who We Work With
Partnering With Organisations That Are Serious About Getting It Right
We partner with organisations across the public and private sectors in Ireland, particularly those operating in complex or high-pressure environments where effective people management really matters.

If your organisation is dealing with recurring workplace conflict, seeing too many issues reach formal complaint stage, or looking to strengthen communication and build a healthier workplace culture, we can help.

All of our work is fully aligned with your existing HR policies and procedures, complementing the frameworks you already have in place rather than cutting across them.

We have a strong and growing presence across the North West, working closely with leaders, managers, and teams who want to get ahead of challenges before they become bigger problems.
A common sentiment among parents who have decided to provide their children with their education in the home environment is that they have a number of subjects that they find challenging to teach.

It is common that parents look for assistance through grinds or the help of others for such subjects.

This in itself is usually not a problem, but the travel and inconvenience of this can take its toll, especially when there are other children that also need to be taken care of.

The virtual classroom removes this inconvenience by providing support for these subjects in the student's home during normal school hours, ensuring that afternoons and evenings are free for other activities.

There are also parents who wish to have their children educated at home but do not feel comfortable doing so.

This may be due to a lack in confidence in their abilities to direct their children in their education or for other reasons.

The Virtual Classroom provides the support for these parents to educate their children in the home environment by allowing the students to take a full or partial curriculum through the school.

Why Work With Us
Why Work With Us
Stop Managing the Fallout. Start Preventing It.

Most organisations already have the policies. What they often lack is the confidence and capability to act on them early enough.

By the time a formal complaint lands on someone's desk, the damage, to relationships, to morale, and to productivity, is already done.

We bring something different. Everything we deliver is drawn from real workplace conflict cases, not textbooks, and built to be practical and immediately usable.

Managers can apply our frameworks from day one, without needing to become experts themselves.

Prevention is at the core of everything we do. Working to reduce escalation, manage risk, and lower the organisational cost of conflict before situations spiral beyond repair is what sets us apart.

Every facilitator we work with is an accredited mediator with a professional background spanning law, education, and coaching.

Using a co-facilitation model, we bring balanced perspectives and genuine depth to every engagement.

The result speaks for itself. Fewer formal complaints, faster resolution, increased manager confidence, and teams that are stronger and more resilient for the long term.

Separating Couples Mediation Services
Separating Couples Mediation Services

Separation is one of life's most significant transitions.
For many couples, it comes after years of shared experiences, family life, and mutual commitment, and the decision to separate can bring with it a complex mix of emotions including sadness, anger, uncertainty, and grief.
Alongside those emotions come important decisions that can often feel overwhelming.

At CB Consulting, we provide a safe, confidential, and impartial space where you can work through those decisions with clarity, dignity, and the right support at every step.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone
Our experienced, accredited mediators are here to guide you through one of the most challenging periods of your life.

We believe that while separation is difficult, it can also be an opportunity to establish healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and a more positive path forward, for you as individuals, as parents, and where children are involved, as effective and respectful co-parents.

Mediation is voluntary, flexible, and client-led. Each session focuses on what matters most to you, and nothing is finalised until everyone is in agreement.

Our Approach
Every CB Consulting mediation session is co-facilitated by two experienced mediators. This ensures balanced, well-rounded support throughout the process. Our focus is always on helping people move forward with dignity and clarity.

Where children are involved, their wellbeing remains at the centre of everything. We help parents work together in ways that continue to support their children's needs, both now and into the future.

Preparing for Mediation
Before mediation begins, each individual attends a one-to-one preparation session. We believe that people make better decisions when they feel informed, heard, and supported.

This session gives you the space to ask questions, understand the process fully, and feel confident before committing to mediation.

What We Can Help You Agree On
We work with couples and individuals to reach clear, workable agreements across a full range of issues including:
* Communication
* Living arrangements
* Finances and property
* Parenting plans and children's arrangements
* Practical and administrative matters
* Future planning

What Mediation Can Achieve
* Clear, practical arrangements tailored to your family's unique needs
* Reduced conflict and significantly improved communication
* A stronger foundation for co-parenting and independent living going forward
